Shipping Issues Notice

If there are issues with your shipment, we need to be contacted within THIRTY DAYS of your estimated arrival date in order to be able to contact your post office and track down specific carriers. 

Contacting us outside of that range for a missing package often results in carriers telling us it is too late to do anything about the parcel. We cannot gaurantee a refund nor a reshipment if we are contacted outside of the thirty days

 

PLEASE NOTE that holiday shipping times (largely, the entire months of November and December) cause carriers to be up to two weeks behind expected shipping times. This is outside of our control and we know it is an inconvenience! We are very sorry and can only recommend ordering as soon as possible.
